Custom Seat Interior Molded Cloth

Dongping Plastic provides custom seat interior molded cloth for automotive seat manufacturers and seat foam manufacturers. The seat interior molded cloth is the main material for foam molding process, and we offer cloth in specific sizes and shapes for different car types. Molds developed by us are used to realize precise cutting by matching with a cutting lathe. Customers place the molded cloth onto the mold in order to achieve foam molding, thus combining the cloth with the foam material.

• Prevent liquid leakage during foam molding;
• Because of the additional layer of cloth, the noise caused by friction between the seat frame and foam will be reduced.

Automotive seat inside foam covers are used in the keel of car seat for sound muffling.
