Dongping Plastic is an OEM production service provider for plastic components founded in 2004. Our primary focus is on custom car seat covers for car seat manufacturers and automobile producers. These seat covers can be produced from nearly all material types, including natural leather, artificial leather, vinyl, and much more. Our production strength lies in our advanced factory that is outfitted with a variety of fully automatic fabric cutting machines, more than 100 sewing machines, and nonwoven fabric and plastic processing equipment sets.

The Dongping facility is equipped for the outstanding processing of plastic products. The factory spans 7000 square meters and is operated by over 200 highly dedicated employees. Our factory utilizes vacuum forming machines, film blowing machines, extruders, large punch presses, and detection equipment to ensure quality. Our seat protective cover output has surpassed 1.3 million units per month, automotive door water shields 1 million units, extrusion strip clips, 2 million, and our foam covers have exceeded 50 tons. We pay close attention to the quality of our products and we start by selecting only the best raw material suppliers and testing products before they can be moved into our production operation. We have also implemented a thorough product testing process in our testing laboratory enabling the independent testing of our product performance. We also utilize a quality control manual for auto parts manufacturing. The company has passed ISO/TS16949:2009 quality management system certification. Our finished products are then tested by third party professional inspection agencies at the request of the customer. This ensures product quality according to relevant industry standards and individualized requirements.

Currently, we provide services and support products for a significant number of Japanese automotive original equipment manufacturers.
