In 2004, Dongping Plastic established our factory and started to provide automotive interior processing services for our customers. Our number of employees has increased from 50 to over 200. In 2008, we were certified by ISO / TS 16949. And we were certified by ISO / IAFT 16949 in 2018. This can ensure that our products can meet the quality requirements of the automobile industry.
The Dongping Plastic factory is equipped with several automatic cutting lathes from Shimadzu, Japan. The fabric to be cut can be automatically placed on the cutting lathe. It can perform the automatic and precise cutting as long as we enter the data of the finished product shape into the system of this equipment.
Dongping Plastic is equipped with 2 pieces of nonwoven fabric equipment which can produce nonwoven cloth of which the max width is 3m and in single layer, double layer and triple layer designs. The cloth can also be cut according to customer requirements. The nonwoven fabrics produced by us are mainly used as lining cloth for covering seat foam. Meanwhile, the nonwoven fabric produced by Dongping Plastic can also be sold directly.

Dongping Plastic is equipped with 3 plastic vacuum forming machines which can be used to produce plastic products of which the max length is 1.6m and the max width is 0.72m. We can develop molds according to product shape and size to realize vacuum forming of the final products.
